Staff
Our WHCC Agent, Raymond Leger, oversees day to day operations of the orphanage and is in regular contact with the Board in Canada. Our Haitian staff include a security officer, Pradel Saintil, and two caregivers or ‘house mothers’, Florene and Soline.
They live with the children at Welcome Home Children’s Centre and provide a nurturing environment much like any home. Their daily tasks include food preparation, housework and laundry in addition to caring for the children’s daily needs.
